Added VDI cluster a year later, 5 hosts with 32GB of RAM. Now it’s so cheap it goes in laptops. That’s insane.
The first ESX host cluster I managed in 2006 had 2 hosts with 16GB of RAM in each. That sounded so insane at the time.

Issue with MBP seems to be related to stock Apple HD I’d put back in as second drive. Back to dual SSD config now. Less space, more happy.

Apparently it just takes a while for Apple ID password to sync among all services. It knows the old one isn’t valid but not what new is.
