And my switch to the other side is now officially in progress. Nexus One has just been ordered from the Google machine!

Since I’ll be switching jobs and the iPhone 4 stays with my old one, I think it’s time to also switch platform. Android here I come!

Ever since the iPhone supported Exchange, I’ve been a huge supporter. I’ve spent two good years on the iOS with my iPhone 3G. My job bought it for me back in 2008 and I got it shortly after launch. It was a solid phone with a lot of good things to say about it. I evangelized to everyone I knew about how they should get an iPhone, how it’s the best smartphone around.
Maybe today won’t be so bad after all.
Realized after someone asked, it’s been exactly one year for me sans Neowin. Or is that Neowin sans me?
Just noticed my wedding ring has already managed to scratch the back of the iPhone 4. That didn’t take long.
Free HBO on U-verse this weekend. Sweeeeet. Some movies on I’ve not seen. Time to set the DVR.
err, Tweeting
Meanwhile I’m silently teething all about it.
Listening to my family bitch about how stupid Twitter is. And none of them use it.
I miss Bill twitpic.com/1zl4j1
Boss calls this morning and says “I think the Exchange server crashed” … (panic) … “just kidding, do you want something from Chickfila?”
iPhone 4 = Apple’s Vista? So rushed the glue isn’t even dry? So untested that touching it breaks it? Probably not, they’ll get a pass.
Where as they never felt the need before. Is it to protect the antenna from your hands?
My frustration with this antenna issue is doubled by the fact Apple now sells “bumpers” to “protect” the device…
They are beautiful products, but if they don’t perform as designed or advertised or expected, it’s not worth the premium price.
I’d considered buying a Mac this year, and now I’m seriously reconsidering it as it seems their product QA seems low and rushed.
The poor Wifi reception and issues with the iPad is enough of a frustration, and there has still not been any firmware update to correct it.
“Don’t hold it that way.” – Uh, no.
I guess I could grab my Sax from the basement and join them. :S
Too bad McChrystal sunk his own ship by speaking out of turn, I do like his thinking huff.to/drg6dM
Well now that I’ve had my iPhone 4 for a day, bring on something new… who’s excited about the Droid X? ;)
Damn you Flickr, sending me emails in FRENCH that I can’t read. What is this, some kind of joke?
I changed it with the link at the bottom but it keeps defaulting back at next page load. Contacted Flickr support.
Flickr keeps loading in French for me, I can’t figure out how to turn it off!
2011 iPhone Rumor: iPhone 4L, the iPhone for lefties
I could do without coming into work and getting childish insults about what shirt I have on. What is this, second grade?
I’ve found it only happens when your you cross your hand over the line on the left side, possibly creating a bad connection?
Yep. Left hand only. Must be where the radio part of the metal is. Typical two hands no problems. Solution for now: right/two hands only.
Five now. Only seems to happen in my left hand though. Very strange.
