3yo wakes up crying with a runny nose and cough. Use antigen test on him, but the run of the nose swab makes him angry-gag and throw up on me.

Sample shows negative, and I’m sure how he’d even get COVID given his super limited exposure BUT HOW IS HE SICK AT ALL? 🤷‍♂️
